The Beacon is to be constructed to the highest quality and will comprise a grade A headquarters office building over 3 floors with parking. The building will be designed with sustainability in mind in order to achieve a BREEAM rating of very good. The building has detailed planning consent and we are seeking a pre-let of whole or the majority of the accommodation.
